2.1 To register and maintain an account with batik888, you must:

This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill. 5.1 batik888 offers various promotional incentives from time to time. The specific terms governing each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates, are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.3 batik888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, including cases where it suspects a promotion is being abused or exploited.
5.4 Winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Withdrawal of deposited funds prior to completion of a wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of associated bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batik888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9.3 batik888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.2 Players accessing batik888 from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. batik888 makes no representation that access to or use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
13.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
